DEWALT® set out to strengthen its leadership in concrete by showing a deeper understanding of the crews behind the work. With concrete workers operating under intense pressure, where delays were costly and disruption was unacceptable, I helped shape the strategic direction by identifying the emotional tension at the center of the category and translating it into a creative brief and campaign platform. The result was Built for the Unbreakable™, an idea that positioned DEWALT as more than durable, but as a true partner in the toughest conditions on the jobsite.
